"Legendy Polskie" is a series of short films in the science fiction and fantasy genres, offering a fresh take on themes from Polish folklore and fairy tales, such as the basilisk, Twardowski, and Baba Yaga. The series was created by Tomasz Bagiński, Allegro, and Platige Image. It presents these traditional myths in a modern, visually stunning way, blending Polish cultural heritage with contemporary storytelling and special effects.

"SMOK": Krakow’s stronghold and its residents are in danger. The city is threatened by a Dragon, which, however, does not at all resemble the legendary monster. It is the tattooed and heavily muscled Adolf Kamchatkov and his enormous flying machine. A great admirer of beautiful Polish women, he kidnaps and holds them in his hideout located in one of the suburban villas. One of the abducted girls is Ola, for whom the young genius and robot designer, Janek, develops a crush. The city authorities are helpless; no one knows how to stop the Dragon. Just like in a fairy tale, the young man comes up with an idea to outsmart the monster, fortunately having access to technology far more advanced than that available to Szewczyk Dratewka.

From the sea to the Tatras, the gates of hell open. It is not known who is behind this, but it is known who stepped into it: Boguś Kołodziej and his uncle Eugeniusz, loosely connected to reality. This pair of tough policemen will look danger in the eye, and may even collide with it via a Polonez!

Mr. Twardowski, or rather Mr. Twardowsky, sits alone like a misplaced finger in a space station on the moon. Such are the consequences of his pact with the devil. He is terribly bored and is far from accepting his fate. When the devil appears in the form of a beautiful woman, Twardowsky asks for a little time to be able to return to earth. Realizing that he won’t get much out of it, he flees from the devil, though he knows it won’t be for long. Eventually, the time will come to pay the agreed price.

However, Boruta and his emissary do not give up easily. The latest technological breakthroughs go head-to-head with a desperate Pole drenched in kisiel. There can be only one winner!
